ServiceMaster TBS was hired by the Christopher Columbus Charter School in Philadelphia, PA to perform commercial floor cleaning services in their school gym. The cleaning process for this project is detailed below:
- Thorough sweep and mop of the floor surface to remove all loose dirt and debris
- Strip the old wax off the floor using commercial rotary floor scrubber
- Suck up the slurry (emulsified wax) with commercial wet vac
- Neutralize the floor to prepare for wax application
- Apply 4 coats of wax for optimal shine
