Prepared for the pandemic

Amid growing concerns for the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, business owners everywhere are looking to alleviate threats to their employees and facilities. We at ServiceMaster TBS Division are using our experience and knowledge to adapt to these rapidly changing circumstances when disinfection services like ours are more needed than ever. It is our goal to help our clients create a safe and healthy environment for their employees and for themselves by disinfecting their facilities. In an effort to do just that, our trusted team has enhanced the prevention, preparedness and sanitizing services we offer.

We have upgraded our cleaning solution to a blend of quaternary ammonium chloride, SaniMaster 7, which is registered with and meets the Environmental Protection Agency’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2. To maintain the potency of this new disinfectant, we have transitioned from our traditional microfiber towels to Kimtech disposable wipes. Additionally, we have implemented TOMI Steramist, an aerosolized fog technology that also is registered with the EPA and meets its criteria for killing SARS-CoV-2, and are performing increased cleanings on high-touch surfaces and common gathering spaces.

"First, I would like to say thank you for your team's quick response yesterday. The cleaning crew showed up around 4:00. When we arrived back in the office this morning it looked and smelled so clean." - Brooke E.

As a disinfection company that prides itself on creating clean, safe and healthy environments, I also would like to share our expertise to help you enhance preventive protocols for your office, as it will take a joint effort between your business and ours to control the spread. If you haven’t already done so, we recommend your company promotes the following safety practices:

  • Encourage sick employees to stay home.
  • Emphasize respiratory etiquette (e.g., coughing into one’s elbow, immediately disposing of used tissues) and proper hand hygiene by all employees.
  • Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Encourage employees who are well but have a family member with COVID-19 to notify their supervisor and other employees in the workplace.

Although we hope it will not be necessary, ServiceMaster TBS Division is qualified and equipped with the required processes and personal protective equipment to provide disinfection services for any facility should an outbreak occur, and are ready now to provide any service we can to prevent it. Be proactive and call us today at (856) 502-1632 so that we can discuss your business’ needs, provide a quote and get started.
